Problem
Running the belt motor at one fixed speed with no control, and no protection when temperature rises — a risk to the machine and production.
What we built
- A main on/off switch with status indicator lamps
- A potentiometer driving the inverter to run the motor at different speeds
- A temperature controller that shuts the machine down automatically past the safe limit
- Panel assembly, installation, commissioning and load testing
