A retail company ran on Excel and disconnected tools: stock never matched accounting, POS stood alone, and management had no live view of the business — daily errors and late decisions.
What we built
- Mapped every department’s processes into well-tuned Odoo modules
- Built the system from zero: inventory, purchase, sales, accounting and POS
- Linked stock to POS so every sale reflects instantly
- Designed a stock-movement solution fulfilling multiple orders together in minimal time
- Led full adoption: trained every team until the system became the daily work tool
